Book Review: Accelerando by Charles Stross

# Book Review
Accelerando | Robert A. Skidmore

Some books reach out and grab you right from the start. Some books take time to digest. This was more of the latter.

It might be due to the fact that the book is more like a series of interconnected short stories. They all involve some of the same characters, but there are significant jumps in the story between them. I also listened to the audiobook, which sometimes does not lend itself well to certain kinds of books.

There were a lot of really cool concepts in the book. It was definitely cyberpunk in the truest sense of the word, replete with artificial intelligences, body mods, mind enhancers, and crazy technology. The sentient lobsters were definitely a nice touch.

Overall, I'd recommend reading it.
