  • This is something I wish I learned a lot sooner.
  • In high school I was an all-american. I ran at nationals and I was 6th in the country in the 400 hurdles.
  • I spent a lot of my time at BYU injured.
  • I did not process the stress.
  • I didn&aspo;t eat right.
  • I didn&aspo;t get enough sleep.
