- This is me. I ran Sprints and Hurdles at BYU.
- Track is a pure performance sport. You can't compensate for illness, injury, etc.
- Performance sport requires pushing your body to the limits.
- For sprints it's the limits of the power your muscles can produce.
- For distance it's the limits of the endurance and the pounding that your body can take.
- This is true for life as well.
- The more stress we can handle the more we can accomplish.
