Pleased But Never Satisified

It's important to celebrate your success. But satisfaction often means becoming complacent. When you are complacent you stop progressing. I've heard a variation of this phrase attributed to Bruce Lee or to Michael Dell. Regardless of who said it first I think it does a good job of striking a balance between happiness and progress.
